Tigrer's Game!

Last Friday was CMU Night at Comerica Park...one of my annual events for work. We had about 700 CMU Alumni at the game. It was a prefect night for a ball game...and the Tigers won!!

Prior to the game we had a CMU gathering, so I had to work that...but once the game started I was able to relax and enjoy.

Ryan had to stay home at the last minute because Blake was sick and fussy, so he didn't want to leave him with his family. Poor Ry...I will have to take him to another game soon!!

18 months old!

I can’t believe that my baby is a year and a half now!! Where did the time go?!? He is getting so big…and starting to look like a little boy now…not a baby!!

What has B been up to:

Now weighing in at almost 24 pounds!! Hard for me to believe that our tiny little boy is getting so big! Finally outgrowing 12 month clothing and starting to wear some 18 month stuff!! Wearing a size 5 shoe…but will be in a 6 in no time.

Taking one nap a day…usually for about an hour and a half (12-1:30 p.m.)…going to bed between 8 and 9 p.m. and waking up at about 7:30 a.m.

LOVING “mowing” the lawn with the bubble mower that daddy bought! Mow outside, inside, everywhere….takes it very seriously!!

Coloring is another favorite pastime. Could color all day!! Loves to use crayons and coloring books!

Talking more and more. Starting to put 2 words together…

Attending Creative Beginnings Daycare 3 days a week…starting this week (up from 2)…seem to really enjoy it there.

Blake is a JOY to be with and the light of our lives….we just love him so much!!

Big Fish....

It's hard to see...but in this one Blake has the cutest expression on his face...like "what the heck is that thing?!?"

Budweiser Clysdale's

Our local beer distributor had their 125th anniversary celebration and they brought the Budweiser Clydesdale's to town. You can tell that not too many exciting things happen around here....because the people came out in droves to see the horses!!
Of course we had to take Blake downtown to see them!!

I had seen them one time before at Busch Gardens....but it was neat to get an up-close view.

He is just getting cuter and cuter the older he gets. I love watching him change!!

Little SIL graduated!

Ryan's little sister Dani graduated last week!! Hard to believe that she is going to be in collage next fall!! The graduating ceremony didnt start until 8, so I was a little bit worried about hot Blake would act...but he was an angel. I was SO proud of him. He sat there quite the whole time.....and clapped when he was supposed to clap.

Congrats to little Dani on her high school graduation!!

a year makes.....

I went to my "May" folder to pull up some pictures...but I clicked on May 2009 instead of May 2010....I seriously cannot believe how much our little Blaker has changed in one year!!
And I remember thinking that he was such a "big boy" then!! Can't wait to see what changes the next year brings!!
