Self timer = FAIL

I tried to take a couple of pictures using the self timer. I wanted to include both Blake..and my new necklace. As you can see, it was a FAIL. Oh well. Maybe we will try again soon!

Blake sure did think that it was fun trying though :)

I am so pumped that it is Thuraday already. This week is flying by. We went to dinner with the family last night. Blake was a pistol the whole time...so I was a nervous wreck. He is home with my mom and sister today b/c his sitter had to take her baby to the doctor. I am heading home from work at 3:30 to hang out with them. We have a high of 60 today...so I am thinking about taking Blake to the park in the stroller. He loved the swing last summer...wondering what he will think about it this year!!

I tell you what...it never fails. Every time we are going somewhere as a fam. Ryan says, OK...are we ready!? I say yes, we get all bundles up, loaded up...and then he disappears!! What the heck?!? Isn't it supposed to be the other way around? Usually the men are waiting in the car for the women to get around. Not in our household...Blake and I are always waiting for HIM!!

SO....what do we do!? Photo shoot!! Pictures always make the time go faster!!

We are SO ready for the weekend! I cant wait for 5 o'clock to roll around! Ryan is heading to "Big Buck Night"...no jokes....so my mom, Blake, and I are heading to dinner and shopping! Blake comes with us for now...but I bet there will be a time when he would rather be at "Big Buck Night" too!!

Tomorrow we are heading up north with friends...cant wait!!

It was a nice day out yesterday...and Blake was looking esp. cute...so I thought that I would tak ehim outside and get a few cute fall pics...UMMMMM, NO....Most def. NOT.
He was NOT in the mood for the paparazzi-mama.

Crazy Busy….

This weekend is CRAZY BUSY at work. It is one of my biggest events of the year---reunion weekend! I have events all day today through the evening and then tomorrow as well. I will be SO happy when it is DONE and I don’t have this in the back of my mind…once over I can focus on the WEDDING all next week.

Ryan has a golf outing tomorrow, and since I will be working, Mary has to babysit AGAIN…poor thing has been babysitting all week! We are so lucky to have so much family around. Blake gets plenty of attention even when his mama and daddy are busy! Thanks Aunt Mary :)

new camera!!

I got a new toy!! I have been wanting a new camera for a LONG time...this week I finally went for it! I havent learned all of the tricks yet, but I feel like it is going to be great! I snapped just a couple of Blake and my mom...just using auto...and they already look better than they would have with my old camera. The color is just so much better and the imiages much clearer! NOW....when I have time....I WILL learn how to use it :)
