Grandpa Bill's Birthday Dinner

When we were in Florida we were able to celebrate my Grandpa's birthday! It was so nice to have everyone together to celebrate. Above he is giving a birthday speech! :)

It has been a long time since so many of our family members were together...probably since my wedding in sept. of 2009! Hopefully we won't wait so long to get together again. It is hard because we are all so spread out across the country....but so fun when we get together!

Blake and Nana

Blake is a grandma's boy!! (nana to him)....this kid just LOVES his nana!! I love that they have such a special relationship. He gets so excited on the days that she comes to babysit him. He asks for her each morning when he wakes up (somethines that hurts my feelings just a wee bit :)). We are so lucky to live so close to my parents...and lucky that my mom retired to spend extra time with her grandbabies!

A Day at the Beach

Here are a few more picture of my beach bums from our Florida Vacation.....Blake just loved the beach!! I cant wait to take him back again.

Testing the water....

Blake really enjoyed swimming while we were on vacation in Florida. My mom did a great job of picking our condo's, and got us a place that had a kiddy pool! It was the perfect size and depth for Blake. He is in swimming lessons right now as well, so has been getting plenty of water action the past few weeks!!
He was able to get in and out all by himself...our little baby boy is growing up on us!!

Of course Woody and Buzz made the trip to Florida with us as well....and made it into the pool on a daily basis. We don't go far without those guys!!

On another note, Blake is really testing us these past 2 days. All of a sudden he wont sleep in his bed. He acts scared. I don't know what is happening. He has always been a GREAT sleeper....and now all of a sudden he freaks out before bed or nap time? I have no clue what is happening....but I hope that it is just a phase!
