BUT, he is ready to GO. He wont lay back down. I show him that it is still dark and quiet and not time to get up...but he pitches a fit! He will just stand in his crib and yell "MAMA" until I come and get him out. And when we are leaving his room, he says "bye-bye night-night"...like is is ALL done with night time! UGHHHH!!
BUT, how could I be mad at an angel face like this?!!? He is just so sweet....although I would prefer not to see this face until after 7 a.m.!!

So cute I'd love to wake up to a little face like that.. But then of course I'd need Mr. Coffee to also greet me too!
I just love that first picture. So cute....but up to something! :)
Aww you poor thing. I am NOT a morning person either. I'm okay once I'm up but not first thing! He's too cute though! :-)
What an adorable face to wake up to! Sorry that it's so early though. My kids went through the same thing. It's a little habit they get into. But, fortunately, they break the habit after a while. Plus, mommy and daddy 'aint comin' in their room until 7!
Awwwww he wants to play a little with you before the day starts :)
No Blake, that is a horrible habit! Miss Charli is doing the same thing since she started preschool and it is absolutely killing me. Boo to early birds ;o)
I have to say, this is the one nasty habit I dread about having children, giving up my sleep! I'm sure it's all worth it though :).
Oh no! I'm hoping this is one habit GG won't be gaining anytime soon. I'm loving her sleeping late routine now that she's given up that morning nap!
Hopefully it's just a phase. Either that or he's getting you prepared for those early morning feedings. HAHA
Certainly can't get mad at that face!! Ha, ha! Too cute! What a sweetie inhis little jammies! He looks too happy to be awake that early. Nik went through a phase like that, where she woke up at 5:30 am for a couple (few?) weeks. I can't remember. I really should start writing this stuff down, ha!
I can't remember when she went back to normal. But, we did at some point move her bedtime back later, maybe that had something to do with it. Her bedtime was 7:00, then it was 7:30, now it is sometime around 8 pm. Depending on the day. We were always really good about keeping her bedtime the exact same time, and we try and keep that, but it does seem as though we haven't keep to that lately:(
Anyway, if he continues on this way for quite some time, and it bothers you, you could consider if pushing it back is a possibility?? Maybe? Good luck!
Love ya.
