I am feeling a bit better. I have been tracking my BP for days, and it is still high...but I don’t think that I am in the danger zone any more. We'll see soon enough I guess!
It is a beautiful day for Halloween...supposed to be about 60 and sunny! It doesn’t even really feel like Halloween to me, because we aren’t doing anything to celebrate...however, I have had my fair share of cider, a doughnut, and candy already this morning :)
