Weekly weigh-in


I missed my meeting AGAIN last night, so I had to weigh in this morning. I was DOWN 1.4 pounds. I am pumped about the weight loss, but I do think that some of it has to do with weighing in at 9:30 a.m. vs. 5:30 p.m. BUT, a loss is a loss…and I am happy with it. I think that this means that I will have to do EXTRA good this coming week when I go back to weighing in at 5:30.

I have 3.2 pounds to make it back to my goal….so the end is in sight!!

I am trying yoga for the first time tonight….so that should be interesting! haha
