The other morning I went into his bedroom to get him up and ready for school....I was rustling around in his closet and he woke up and said:b: Mama!!!
m: Hi Blake...what are you doing?
b: I night-night mama!!
He was like, Hello....get out of my room, I'm sleeping!!
Today Ryan was cleaning the house while I was at work. He took a bag of trash out and came back in and could not find Blake. He was back in his bedroom on his time-out chair.r: Blake what are you doing?
b: I out daddy (in a sad voice)
r: Blake, why are you in time-out?
b: daddy....I out (very sad)
r: well when you are ready to come out of time out you can come out here.
He stayed there for awhile and then finally came out. Not sure why he put himself in time-out...but it made him sad!!
When he is sitting on his changing table and I am getting him ready in the a.m. he will say..b: I fall mama....
m: no Blake, you will not fall
b: mama, I fall
I guess he was listening to us when we told him that he would fall off!! ha
He also loves to say..b: get away....
b: shoo
he does this while making a "get back" movement with his hands....
I guess he doesn't appreciate ALLL of my kisses!!
He also sings ALL of the time...Our favorites are:

I just love hearing his sweet little voice...and cant wait to hear what else he is going to have to tell us!!

ReplyDeleteI love listening to my 2 year old talk. It is just the cutest thing! Like how he says "cantaloupe"...it comes out like "cank-a-wope"!
aw, SO CUTE!!! i love when little ones start talking, it's so much fun! :) my nephew is into having full-on conversations now and i just love it!! it's so funny sometimes!!
