Exciting Week Ahead

I am so looking forward to the upcoming week and weekend...because my sister is coming home on Wednesday and my bff is coming home on Thursday. Mary is flying in to Detroit from Boulder and Erica is driving home from Nashville. They are throwing a baby shower for me on Saturday at mom and dad's house. Mom's bff Terrie is having one on Sunday afternoon, so it will be a busy fun-filled weekend!

Erica and I in Nashville in March...

Today is rainy and gloomy...typical for October in Michigan I guess. Sure does make it hard to get out of bed (especially on a Monday morning). Ryan us up at 5:00 and out by 5:30 for opening day of pheasant season. I am sure that he is wet and cold by now :(.

We attended the Prepared Childbirth course at the hospital on Saturday. I guess that we are ready to have this baby now! Ha....actually it did help to answer a lot of questions and uncertainty. Now...back to counting down the days!

We went out for a nice dinner with my mom and dad on Saturday night (Sweetest Day) at Antlers Restaurant in Canadian Lakes.

On Sunday dad and Ryan went up north to check out the hunting area and prepare their blinds. Mom and I went to church and then to town to buy the chair rail for the nursery and to do dome other shopping.

Yesterday was also Dani's birthday so we went over to the Sanders for dinner and cake. Little Dani is 16...crazy!
